The stunning family room and kitchen both have fold-open doors which open to the amazing pool and views. All rooms and bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors inside and make the entire home feel alive with the Napa Valley! 3 bedrooms in the main house each have their own private full bathroom plus there is a separate guest pavilion (50 feet from main house) which offers the 4th bedroom including an updated bathroom, views and french doors to a porch.
The grounds offer a custom 60 foot pool with a hot tub overlooking the meadow, bocce ball court, pizza oven and BBQ, outdoor fireplace, vineyard, olive orchard and views plus two wisteria covered outdoor entertaining areas and a lovely grassy area. Multiple walking trails are cut throughout the property.
The residence is located on Napa's beautiful Mt. Veeder, 7 miles from highway 29. The road to the home is curvy, but once you arrive the location provides one of the more secluded and most special and beautiful locations. The famous Hess Winery is 2 miles from the house and just across the street is The Yates Family Vineyard.

A private chef, masseuse and personal trainer can be arranged for all or any part of your special visit. Napa has beautiful weather almost all year long!
