The Hess Winery is three miles away. The Yates Family Vineyard is directly across the street. You are not near wine country — you are in the middle of it, in a way that most visitors never experience.

The architecture is designed around openness. The family room and kitchen both open entirely through steel fold-and-slide doors to the pool terrace and the views beyond, erasing the boundary between inside and out. Every bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows. When the doors are open and the valley is in front of you, the house feels like a pavilion on a mountain.

The grounds are built for living. A custom 60-foot pool with hot tub overlooks the meadow. A bocce ball court. A pizza oven and built-in BBQ for outdoor dinners. An outdoor fireplace for evenings when the temperature drops. Two wisteria-covered entertaining terraces, a grassy lawn, and miles of private walking trails cut through the property.

The estate holds three bedrooms, each with its own private bath. A private chef, massage therapist, and personal trainer can be arranged for any part of your stay.
